FIFA certified Soccer Turf Field for all training sessions to take place. 26 minutes from DRV PNK Stadium and 15 minutes to Grand Palms Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort where accommodation is provided for all players.

Is it safe to attend the camp during this COVID-19 pandemic?
Yes. Our priority is to provide our program safely and effectively. Our Health & Safety policy prioritizes the health and well-being of players, staff and families. We combine the recommendations, guidelines and protocols of the local and state authorities, Center for Disease Control to provide the safest possible camp experience.
Our plan is also designed to be flexible. We will adapt to changes and recommendations from local, state and national agencies.
Parents and staff will be key to keeping us all healthy throughout the camp. We are asking parents to monitor their child’s health, and if they have a fever, sore throat, cold, cough, or runny nose, please do not come to camp. A camper with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be permitted to attend camp. Parents will be asked if they have travelled in the past 14 days.
Coaches and staff will wear face-covering or mask if 6 feet social distancing is not possible and will wear goggles, gloves, and masks when doing camper screenings at drop off.
Temperature and health screenings will be performed before each session.
Small size groups when eating lunch, all tables to be wiped with soap and water then disinfected with CDC approved cleaner. Campers and staff will wash hands before and after lunch and when moving to new activities.
Overall reduced camp size and reduced group/team sizes with campers on the same team all week.
All social distancing guidelines will be followed daily, including skill development drills.
PPE supplies, including additional cleaning and sanitizing supplies, will be available at multiple stations on location for campers and staff to use.

Are the deposit camp fees refundable?
When you make a payment to Train Effective for the in-residence program, your fee is non-refundable.
Train Effective makes every effort to organise, arrange and book coaches and activities well before your arrival. Due to the limited numbers of players only selected to attend the program, the team prepares (flights & accommodation arranged) ahead of time.
With that, you can reschedule for another available In-Residence Program within 24-months of the start date of the original program you signed up for.
Are airfare/flight tickets included in the price of the Camp?
IMPORTANT: You are responsible to have all of your travel documents valid (passport). Based on your nationality, you will need to check if a visa is required by the country where your Camp is located (contact the appropriate consulate office for entry requirements and visa requirements). Plan as the visa application can be a long process. If you need a visa, you must apply right away after you have processed your online registration. The more you wait, the more chances you have to be denied access!
Will I have the possibility to be scouted during my stay?
You will have a chance to earn an official recommendation and be seen by a scout during the showcase session or friendly matches. Train Effective boasts relationships with top academies scouts who track a record of placing players into top clubs and academies in Europe, America and Asia. However, the in-residence program aims to improve a player's ability in the shortest amount of time. A player should not expect so much that they will be seen by a team but rather commit themselves to become better players. They will have the type of unshakeable confidence that will allow them to take on any challenge for life.
Am I the right age/size/ability for the in-residence program?
It doesn’t matter. Because we work with small groups and individuals, the coach will give you training tailored to your individual needs. From amateur to professional, you will get results.
How are the players grouped during training?
The players are grouped according to age first and ability (if enough participants in the age group create multiple different group levels). When the players first arrive at Camp, they are placed into a group consisting of other players of the same age within the program. The coach evaluates each individual's ability level over the first two training sessions and adjusts the groups according to ability. Specific camps keep their group size small to allow for more individual coaching attention for each player.
When do I need to arrive at my camp session?
You will need to arrive on the day your camp session starts (check dates for each camps). See flight arrival and departure restrictions under airport transfer and leave on the last day of your camp session. (You cannot arrive a day earlier or depart the day after.)
Do you provide transportation to and from the area airports?
Participants can decide for us to pick you up at the nearest major airport. Please request this service when you make your registration. Details are available for each Camp on our website and welcome deck that will be shared to you.
Can I leave the camp area?
At no time are campers allowed to leave the camp premises either by walking or vehicle. Players who wish to depart campus must be properly authorized, signed in and out, and have written permission.
What do I do with my money and important documents (e.g. passport, plane tickets, etc.)?
During a camp, you may bring items that are important to you. Please be aware, however, that the camps cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage of your property. All money and valuables should be left at home.
